Section Engineer – High Rise Residential Project Arabian Construction Company - WLL

Experience • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in execution of high-rise residential projects (G + 20 and above preferred) • Proven experience in RCC works, finishing works, and coordination with multiple stakeholders • Experience in UAE / GCC projects will be an added advantage Roles & Responsibilities • Overall responsibility for execution and supervision of assigned building sections in high-rise residential projects • Manage and control RCC works including foundations, columns, shear walls, slabs, staircases, and related activities • Supervise finishing works such as blockwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, false ceiling, painting, and joinery • Ensure construction works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, QA/QC, planning, and safety teams to ensure smooth site execution • Monitor project schedules and ensure works are completed within agreed timelines • Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently for site activities • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, quality standards, and local authority regulations • Conduct regular site inspections, resolve technical issues, and provide solutions to execution challenges • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and coordinate approvals with consultants • Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, daily work logs, and measurement records • Support project manager in achieving cost control, productivity, and quality targets Technical Skills Required • Strong knowledge of RCC design, execution methodology, and formwork systems • Excellent understanding of construction sequencing for high-rise buildings • Proficient in reading and interpreting structural, architectural, and MEP drawings • Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection checklists, and testing requirements • Familiarity with construction codes, standards, and best practices • Working knowledge of MS Project / Primavera and basic planning concepts • Good communication and leadership skills to manage large site teams
