Roles & Responsibilities

  • Job Description
The Security Officer position is within the Quality & Security department of Yassir. This role is dedicated to the surveillance and protection of property and people within the company. The Security Officer's primary objective is to prevent any incident that could disrupt the peace or safety of employees and infrastructure. Regular interaction with members of the Quality & Security team, as well as with staff from various departments, is essential to ensure optimal security coverage.
The stains
  • Monitor company facilities and ensure the safety of property and people
  • Control access to the company's various sites and filter entries and exits
  • Conduct preventative patrols and be attentive to any suspicious or non-compliant activity
  • Managing emergency situations, such as security incidents or evacuations, and alerting the relevant services
  • Maintain up-to-date security logs and write incident reports.
  • Participate in safety briefings and regular training sessions
  • To enforce the security policies and procedures established by the company
Profile
  • Diploma or certification in private security
  • Proven experience as a Security Agent
  • Mastery of incident monitoring and management techniques
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations
  • Good physical condition to carry out patrols and intervene quickly
  • Knowledge of electronic security and video surveillance systems
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • Availability to work irregular hours, nights and weekends
  • First aid certification is an asset
