Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Security Manager to oversee the safety and security of our guests, employees, and property. As the person in charge of the Security Department, you will play a critical role in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment aligned with our luxury hospitality standards. Your leadership and expertise will ensure that security protocols are effective, staff are well-trained, and risks are managed proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily security operations to ensure a safe environment for guests, employees, and assets.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures in line with company standards and local regulations.
  • Lead, supervise, and train the security team to maintain high vigilance and professionalism.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and improve safety measures.
  • Coordinate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and internal departments during incidents or emergencies.
  • Monitor security systems such as surveillance cameras, alarms, and access controls to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Manage incident reporting and investigation, ensuring timely documentation and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations and company code of ethics.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to balance security needs with guest experience, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, security technologies, and regulatory changes to continuously enhance security measures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Saudi National with a strong commitment to luxury hospitality and guest safety.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience in luxury or lifestyle hotel environments preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and crisis management.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a security team.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Thorough knowledge of Saudi local laws and regulations related to security.
