Roles & Responsibilities

SEN Special Education Teacher and Teaching Assistants (For Omani nationals)

We're seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Special Education Teachers and Teaching Assistants for the International School in SUR. Please read carefully. Below are the requirements for each role:


I. Special Education Needs Teacher: 1 position

Qualifications SEN Teacher:

- Bachelor's degree in Special Education

- OR Bachelor's degree in Education + Academic Diploma in Special Education (minimum 1 academic year)

- OR Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work + Academic Diploma in Special Education (minimum 1 academic year)

- Responsibilities:
Developing individualized education plans, supporting students with special needs, collaborating with teachers and parents (not limited to these)


II. Teaching Assistant: (3 positions)

Bachelor's degree in any academic subject

- IELTS certificate with a minimum score of 5.5 (mandatory)

- Responsibilities: Supporting teachers, assisting students with learning activities, maintaining classroom environment (but not limited to these)
