Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify students with special educational needs through observation, assessments, and referrals.
- Conduct or coordinate formal and informal assessments to determine students’ learning profiles.
- Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Plans (IEPs) or Personalized Learning Plans (PLPs).
- Provide in-class support and/or small group or one-on-one instruction as needed.
- Use a variety of strategies, technologies, and resources to support inclusive and accessible learning.
- Stay updated with latest research and best practices in SEN and inclusive education.
- Champion the rights of students with SEN within the school environment.
- Promote a culture of respect, understanding, and inclusion among students and staff.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum requirements:
* Bachelors & Masters in the relevant subject
* Bachelors of Education
* Minimum 4 years’ experience in teaching
* IELTS band 6.5 or above
* Starting date: August 2025
