Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic communications plans that align with the client s overarching goals.
  • Serve as the daily client advisor on media positioning, engagement strategy, and high-impact storytelling opportunities.
  • Craft executive messaging, press releases, thought leadership, speeches, briefing notes, media responses, and stakeholder materials.
  • Support reputation management and media relations proactively identify media opportunities, secure coverage, and manage journalist relationships.
  • Ensure alignment of communications outputs with national strategies
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, agency teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent narrative and brand positioning.
  • Coordinate with digital and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns across traditional and online platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

Holds a bachelor's degree in business, International Relations, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in strategic coms.

Possesses a robust understanding of the regulatory landscape in the region.

Utilizes all available tools and resources effectively to complete internal client tasks.

Understands traditional and social media channels thoroughly.

Builds media and government stakeholder relationships convincingly and methodically.

Delivers strong and engaging presentations.

Collaborates effectively within a team environment in a resourceful manner.

Communicates with excellence in both written and verbal forms.

Adapts flexibly to changing priorities and environments.

Applies critical thinking and problem-solving skills consistently.

Analyzes data with strong analytical and quantitative skills.
