Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: • Maintain complete books of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Handle accounts payable and receivable • Manage VAT filing, compliance, and documentation as per UAE regulations • Process payroll, staff expenses, and reimbursements • Coordinate with auditors and assist during audits • Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and financial controls • Ensure compliance with UAE financial laws and company policies • Support management with financial reports and analysis
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in UAE accounting • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Free Zone regulations • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks, or similar) • Good knowledge of MS Excel • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred: • Experience in Technical Services / Contracting company • Immediate or short notice joiners
