Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Record invoices and supplier payments.
- Record customer invoices and payments.
- Record import records.
- Record payroll entries.
- Record the treasury entries.
- Record the inventory entries.
- Record the entries for various transactions.
- Analyze the general, subsidiary and analytical accounting accounts.
- Prepare the monthly cash register closing minutes.
- Prepare the monthly bank reconciliation statements.
- Prepare tax and parafiscal declarations.
- Assist the Chief Accountant in preparing the legal statements
- Assist the Chief Accountant in budget preparation.
- Assist the Chief Accountant in the monthly reporting process.
Excellent command of computer tools (Microsoft Office suite).
- Desired experience in the field of Import/Resale in Condition.
- Desired experience in the field of retail.
- 05 years of experience in a similar position.
- Degree in computer science (Bachelor's +3 or Bachelor's +5), web development or in a related field.
- Complete mastery of DLG PC COMPTA software,
- Mastery of the Financial Accounting System (FAS)
- Desired experience in using an ERP (SAGE, SAP, CEGID,).
- Languages: French, English, Arabic
