Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financialm statements
Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments
Perform and review account reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, intercompany)
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations
Monitor and improve accounting processes and internal controls
Coordinate with tax, payroll, and finance teams as needed
Prepare financial reports and analyses for management decision-making
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5–10+ years of progressive accounting experience or senior-level corporate accounting role
Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting softwares
Advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with tax regulations and audit processes
