Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations, allowing for informed decision-making.

  • Conduct detailed account reconciliations and variance analyses to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures promptly.

  • Manage the month-end closing process, ensuring adherence to timelines and accuracy of entries to maintain financial integrity.

  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, using historical data to support strategic financial planning and business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus for advanced understanding.

  • CPA certification is highly preferred, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and professional standards.

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or public accounting environment.

  • manage and keep control over Junior Accountant

  • Experience in industry-specific accounting practices, such as manufacturing or healthcare, is advantageous.
