Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Provide strategic insights to support business decisions.

  • Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS/GAAP. Manage compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow, manage liquidity, optimize working capital, and coordinate with banks for financing and investments.

  • Cost Control & Optimization: Analyze costs, identify savings opportunities, and implement financial controls to improve efficiency and profitability.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior management, auditors, and external advisors. Provide financial insights to guide strategic initiatives.

  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies, including currency, credit, and market risks.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor finance team members, assign responsibilities, and ensure high performance and development of the team.

  • Ad-hoc Strategic Projects: Lead financial evaluations of projects, investments, and business expansion opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within Developer or in a similar corporate finance environment.

  • Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory compliance.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, ERP systems, and financial modeling.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to lead a finance team and mentor junior staff while handling strategic projects.
