Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing general accounting operations, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, managing financial reporting, and supporting audits and tax filings including VAT.
Desired Candidate Profile
Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare VAT returns
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations
ERP Experience in ZOHO Books.
Good at MS Office tools, Excel and MS Word
Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax regulations (if applicable)
Monitor cash flow and financial transactions
Improve and implement internal controls and accounting procedures
