Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and input all accounting entries into the company s accounting software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Prepare comprehensive accounting reports and deliver timely financial insights to the CFO.
• Implement and monitor procedures for recording, classifying, summarizing, and disclosing financial transactions.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and adjusting payroll lists, payment slips, and related tax obligations (including income tax on salaries, VAT, and NSSF).
• Maintain organized accounting records, backups, and supporting documentation in a secure environment.
• Review, reconcile, and adjust bank accounts and supplier accounts as needed.
• Perform and supervise clerical and administrative duties within the Accounting Department.
• Manage invoicing, payments, and collections to ensure smooth cash flow operations.
• Oversee bank transactions and payments to suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Draft and manage contracts related to financial and operational activities.
