Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
A mid-sized Real Estate Developer in Dubai is looking for a Senior Accountant with 10–12 years’ experience in Real Estate Development, contracting & Construction , preferably with the UAE-Middle East regions
Desired Candidate Profile
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s degree; *CA Intermediate preferred*
* Strong English communication
* Solid IFRS accounting & record-keeping skills
* VAT/taxation experience
* Knowledge of *escrow accounts, **DLD processes, and **RERA requirements*
* Understanding of *AML laws* and compliance with UAE regulations
* Ability to manage month-end closing, reporting & auditor coordination
