Reporting to the Chief Accountant, you will be a key player in the reliability and fluidity of supplier accounting operations.
You will be involved in particular on:

• Management of invoices and payments: entry, verification of compliance, reconciliation with purchase orders and delivery forms.

• Accounts payable follow-up: reconciliation, analysis and justification of balances, management of billing carts.

• Payments and closures: preparation and execution of payment campaigns, registration of settlements, provisions and closing entries (NPF, CSF).

• Communication and support: interaction with suppliers and internal departments (purchasing, logistics, HR, treasury), processing of supplier reminders and follow-up of administrative guarantees.

• Participation in balance sheet and reporting work: assistance to the Chief Accountant, monitoring of financial expenses and use of control tools (e.g. Blackline).

You have a background in accounting/management and have 5 years of experience in general accounting or suppliers, ideally in a structured or international environment.

Comp tences techniques :

• Understanding of applicable accounting and tax principles

• Very good practice of office automation tools, especially Excel
