Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior AI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining advanced AI/ML solutions to solve real-world challenges. This position requires technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to staying current with advancements in the field of artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models using established frameworks.
• Customize large language models (LLMs) for specific tasks and datasets to enhance performance.
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines integrated with LLMs.
• Develop prompts and workflows for LLM-based applications using tools such as LangChain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines.
• Monitor and improve the performance, scalability, and efficiency of AI/ML models.
• Provide mentorship to junior developers and ensure adherence to coding best practices.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, research, and tools in AI/ML to recommend and implement relevant solutions.
• Clearly communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work with large-scale datasets, performing preprocessing, augmentation, and feature engineering.
• Deploy and manage AI/ML models in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-premises.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in designing and developing AI solutions.
• Proven experience integrating AI/ML models into software applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI/ML models.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
