Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & Design
    Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions for enterprise-scale applications.
    Define technical roadmaps, reference architectures, and best practices for AI/ML adoption.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business use cases and translate them into AI/ML solutions.
  • Model Development & Deployment
    Oversee the design, development, and deployment of advanced ML models, deep learning solutions, and AI-driven systems.
    Ensure scalability, reliability, and security in ML pipelines and production systems.
    Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment of ML models.
  • Data Engineering & Management
    Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure robust data pipelines and data quality.
    Architect solutions for structured, unstructured, and streaming data.
    Guide on feature engineering, data preprocessing, and optimization techniques.
  • Innovation & Strategy
    Stay updated with the latest AI/ML trends, frameworks, and cloud-native technologies.
    Recommend innovative approaches to leverage AI/ML for business transformation.
    Drive PoCs (Proof of Concepts) and pilots for new AI/ML initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    Mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and developers on AI/ML best practices.
    Partner with cross-functional teams including business, IT, and product management.
    Ensure compliance with ethical AI practices and data governance policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of proven experience in AI/ML development, architecture, and solution delivery.
  • Strong expertise in ML/DL frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.
  • Proficiency in programming languages: Python, R, Java, or Scala.
  • Solid experience with data processing tools: Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS (SageMaker), Azure (ML Studio), GCP (AI Platform).
  • Hands-on experience in deploying AI/ML solutions in production using MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and advanced ML algorithms.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
