Senior AI Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Solutions Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions that deliver measurable business impact. This role requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strong business understanding, and a proven track record of publishing in reputable technical conferences or journals.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between AI research and practical, scalable applications with a focus on healthcare innovation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. AI Solution Design and Development: Architect, implement, and optimize AI and machine learning models customized to solve complex challenges in healthcare and other business domains.
   

2. Applied Research: Translate cutting-edge AI research into deployable solutions addressing real-world industry problems.
   

3. Technical Leadership: Mentor engineers, review code, and guide the team on best practices in AI and machine learning development.
   

4. Business Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives align with strategic objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
   

5. End-to-End Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects from ideation, data acquisition, and model training to deployment and evaluation.
   

6. Technology Evaluation: Monitor emerging AI technologies and tools, assessing their relevance to business and healthcare applications.
   

Requirements MUST Have:

1. 4+ years of experience in AI and machine learning engineering with a proven record of production-grade solutions.
   

2. Strong publication record in recognized AI and machine learning conferences or journals.
   

3. Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
   

4. Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
   

5. Demonstrated experience applying AI in healthcare contexts.
   

6. Professional proficiency in English.
   

7. Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, and the ability to represent the organization in industry and academic forums.
   

Preferred to Have:

1. Experience leading AI teams or large-scale AI projects.
   

2. Industry collaborations or patents in AI-related technologies.
   

3. Knowledge of ethical AI principles, explainable AI, and healthcare data regulations.
   

4. Professional proficiency in Arabic.
   

5. Published in top-tier AI and machine learning conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, CVPR, and IEEE.
   

Education:

1. A bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field is a MUST .
   

2. A master s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is highly preferred.

Languages Required:

Fluent in English. Arabic is preferred.
