Job Description

The Senior Analyst will play a key role in supporting portfolio management activities, including:

  • Market & Industry Analysis: Conduct macroeconomic and sector research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Portfolio Company Analysis: Assess business models, strategy, competitive positioning, and KPI performance; prepare regular performance updates
  • Financial Modelling & Valuation: Build and maintain financial models, perform valuation and returns analysis, and support strategic decision-making
  • Asset Management: Monitor portfolio performance, support operational initiatives, and contribute to value creation strategies
  • Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of acquisitions, divestments, and capital structure initiatives, including financial analysis and documentation
  • Reporting: Prepare internal reports, asset reviews, and investment committee materials
The Successful Applicant
  • UAE National
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience within private equity, asset management, investment banking, or consulting
  • Strong financial modelling and valuation skills with solid understanding of financial statements
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional qualifications such as CFA or ACCA (preferred)
  • Exposure to Big 4 or leading financial institutions is advantageous
