Senior AR Accountant Bosta

Job Responsibilities:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.
• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Communicate with other departments and reply to the merchants complaints in a good manner while meeting the SLA.
• Ability to work on various systems (Operations, CRM & ERP).
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients billing issues.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in accounting.
• 5+ years of experience in AR accounting
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel).
• knowledge of ERP system - Oracle NetSuite (Preferable).
• Knowledge of Power BI (Preferable).
• Strong ability to analyze financial information.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to speak and write English fluently
