Prepare life-size models, drawings, and digital models

• Design exterior decoration and landscaping projects, manage the design team in selecting materials and developing specifications
• Prepare specialized documents and reports related to engineering works and projects, track progress, present and clarify them, and store them in the database according to approved policies and procedure
• Provide support for site coordination, landscaping, and green space projects, and oversee design implementation by contractors
• Assist in selecting contractors and materials
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management, financial budgeting, spreadsheet software, resource estimation, and project management software

• Bachelor s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited university
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management
• Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Soft Skills: Leadership, mentorship, communication, conflict resolution, decision-making, and the ability to work independently
• Technical Skills: Advanced expertise in their field, the ability to solve complex problems, and the capacity to innovate and improve processes within the government context
