The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 8 years industry experience, with at least 6 years spent on UAE-based projects whether in international practices or leading local firms. Experience across a diverse range of project typologies is essential, with particular value placed on high-rise and hospitality design expertise.
Applicants must demonstrate strong capabilities in:
• Spatial planning and creative problem-solving
• Technical detailing with precision and accuracy
• Project delivery across all stages, from concept through to completion
• Proficiency in Revit and fluency in UAE codes and regulations
