To strengthen our continued growth in the UAE and the Middle East, we are hiring a Senior Area Sales Manager.In this role, you will be managing and nurturing commercial relationships with several business partners within the UAE and Middle East region, and you have an opportunity to make a direct impact on the OMRON Healthcare business results and have a direct impact on improving lives of others and contributing to a better society. If so, then we have a great opportunity for you.Location: Middle East, Dubai (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-time Key activities:Develop account strategies for the assigned Middle East countries aimed to overachieve targets and contribute to the overall OMRON Middle East growthPlan, negotiate, oversee, consolidate, control and safeguard accuracy of the annual (sales) budget of the region to achieve sales turnover and gross-profit targetsAnalyze sales development potential, market trend, margins, sales revenue to increase market share and profitabilityEstablish and maintain strong relationships with business partnersDrive sales and profitability through managing a team of sales representatives (directly and via business partners)Working closely with central marketing team for marketing material developmentResponsible for all sales and trade marketing activities in the designated area, while being responsible for regional P&L To be succeed in the role, you will need:Bachelor s degree in the field of business administration, engineering or related departments of prominent universitiesA minimum of 7-10 years relevant sales experience, Distributor Management or Key Account Management in preferably FMCG or Healthcare sectorExperience with managing (directly or indirectly) sales representativesTrade marketing experience in a multinational company is a plusAnalytical skills, excellent negotiation and influencing skillsProficient in the English and local language, both written and verbalPharmacy channel management is a plusNegotiation skills with strong analytical thinking.Having a driving license What can OMRON offer you?International, inclusive, and flexible working environmentOpportunities to join trainings & courses for your personal and professional developmentCompetitive primary & secondary employment benefits packageHybrid working and budget to help set up your home office spaceWorking from abroad opportunities Note: A valid work permit in the Middle East (Dubai) is required for this position
