Roles & Responsibilities
Organisation Unit Purpose
UAE National Applicants only.
RCO Staff Banking service center process staff credit facilities such as Loans/Finances and Credit cards within Bank Policy at the group level in addition to other activities such as AST, staff separation and all operation activities. The team assist and advice employees on all related Loan /Finance & other Adhoc queries under SBS units .
Job Purpose (Why does the job exist? What is the unique contribution made by the job holder?)
To review and verified staff applications, relevant documents analysis the financial conditions are met and process the loan applications.
To process high volume of requests from Auto Loan/Finance, Personal Loan/Finance, Home loan/Finance, HRA, Education, and Credit Card applications received through Empower within service standards and turnaround time.
To Safeguard Bank’s interest by ensuring prudent lending.
Desired Candidate Profile
