Roles & Responsibilities

(China Zero-KM Parallel Import Car Sales Experience Preferred)

Location: Dubai, UAE


We are looking for an experienced automotive sales professional to join our Dubai team, focusing on high-end vehicle sales, particularly in China Zero-KM Parallel Import cars. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in automotive sales, excellent client management skills, and deep knowledge of both the Middle East and Chinese car markets.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients including individual buyers, premium dealerships, leasing companies, and corporate fleets.
  • Manage and expand supply chain and distribution channels for Zero-KM Parallel Import vehicles.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and product offerings to optimize sales.
  • Coordinate vehicle clearance, inspection, and registration to ensure smooth and timely delivery to customers.
  • Work closely with after-sales service teams to maintain customer satisfaction and encourage loyalty.
  • Participate in events and promotions such as auto shows, test drives, and brand activations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, preferably with China Zero-KM Parallel Import vehicle sales background.
  • Solid knowledge of Dubai and wider Middle East car markets.
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese preferred; Arabic is a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Familiar with vehicle import procedures, customs clearance, logistics, and registration processes.
  • Basic Salary: (depending on experience)
  • Commission: Attractive, uncapped commission based on sales volume.
  • Annual Bonus: Performance-based.
  • Benefits: Visa, medical insurance, annual leave, transportation allowance.
  • Established network of high-end vehicle customers, especially in Chinese brands and Zero-KM Parallel Import channels.
  • Experience with luxury automotive brands like Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Land Rover, etc.
  • Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing solutions.
