Senior Bartender

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Lead the bar team by supporting bartenders, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and coordinating bar operations efficiently.

• Curate and create unique cocktail recipes tailored to the theme of the outlet or specific guest requests, delivering a one-of-a-kind beverage experience.

• Provide expert recommendations on wine and food pairings, upselling beverages based on guests' preferences to enhance their dining experience.

• Manage bar inventories, track perishable goods, and ensure stock is replenished as needed, maintaining efficient bar operations.

• Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring their satisfaction, and work closely with the management team to address any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Higher Secondary School Diploma
• Basic Food & Hygiene Training
• WSET Level 2 Certification
• 2 years of Bartending experience in luxury hospitality
• Experience in modern bar techniques
• Inventory management
• Strong customer service orientation
• Demostrates Confidence and ability to Upsell

• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in English
