Job description

Job Summary: Senior BIM Modeler Architecture will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and complete BIM models and supporting project delivery across all phases.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and update BIM models throughout all phases of a project.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of BIM models and related documentation.
• Conduct quality control checks on BIM models and related deliverables.
• Participate in BIM coordination efforts, including clash detection and resolution.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and software.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil.
• Proven experience in Revit Architecture- modeling, annotation & sheet creation also experience in AutoCAD.
• Experience on construction processes, building systems, and construction documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Experience on BIM 360 - collaboration, Navisworks clash deduction, BIM standards.
• Experience of Microsoft Office Suite.
• A self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-oriented individual with a passion for BIM.
