Agile Delivery: Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders, clients, and end-users to gather, analyze, and document business, data, and integration requirements. User Stories & BRDs: Develop clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for development and integration teams. Product Ownership: Serve as a key business reference, prioritize requirements, and support decision-making on product features and functionalities. Integration Design: Define system integration touchpoints, data mappings, workflows, and dependencies across platforms. Data Analysis: Analyze data from Excel, SQL databases, and enterprise systems to support business and technical decisions. Documentation: Prepare functional specifications, process flows, data flow diagrams, and integration documentation. Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives. Testing & UAT: Support test planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triaging, and solution validation. Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. Process Improvement: Identify gaps, recommend best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
