Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to support business growth

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and partners

  • Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and prepare accurate quotations/proposals

  • Prepare tender submissions, including quantity take-offs and commercial documentation

  • Familiar in social media marketing and digital content development.

  • Possessing managerial skills, lead and manage the business development team, providing guidance, direction, and performance oversight

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development in the construction or post-tensioning industry is an advantage

  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies within the UAE market

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/marketing tools

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
