Roles & Responsibilities

  • We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager/ Business Development Manager to join our team in Phillippines. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, cultivate strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth. You will oversee the full sales cycle

  • from initial outreach to successful closure and ongoing account management.

  • Responsibilities

    Expand our customer base and drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities

    Identify market needs and introduce new solutions aligned with the company’s growth strategy

    Deliver effective product demonstrations to HR and Marketing stakeholders across all organizational levels - from end users to senior management

    Customize solutions from a diverse portfolio of products and services to meet client needs

    Build, strengthen and maintain long-term customer relationships

    Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to deal closure and post-sale follow-up

    Work closely with the Customer Success team to drive client satisfaction, retention and seamless after-sales support

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably from HRTEch, Recruitment or SAAS sales background.

A Bachelor’s degree

Proven track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain strong client relationships

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience navigating complex sales cycles

Able to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail

Experience with recruitment solutions or SaaS platforms is a plus

Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage

Goal-oriented, driven and passionate about building a successful career in sales
