Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive sales of insurance products
Acquire new customers through leads, referrals, and networking channels
Build and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
Understand client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback
Drive team productivity and ensure target achievement
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5+ years of experience in insurance / BFSI sales
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a performance-oriented mindset
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
