Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across the entire portfolio
- Conduct root cause analysis, process mapping and opportunity identification
- Implement Lean Six Sigma tools to optimise performance, reduce waste and enhance quality
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and roll out structured improvement plans
- Monitor, measure and report on outcomes of process improvement projects
- Work closely with Risk & Audit to embed controls and governance into redesigned workflows
- Support transformation efforts with a consulting mindset and structured delivery approach
- Stay informed of industry best practices to benchmark and drive continuous improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-7 years of experience in business excellence, process improvement or operational transformation
- Strong exposure to the automotive industry is essential; consulting or industrial backgrounds may be considered
- Proven track record delivering Lean / Six Sigma projects (certification preferred)
- Consulting mindset and strong analytical thinking, structured problem solving and ability to communicate clearly across levels
- Open to relocating candidates with extensive experience in strategic process improvement within the automotive industry
