Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
4+ years of experience in civil construction
Experience in EPC projects (Engineering, Procurement & Construction)
Strong knowledge of international standards and oil & gas specifications
Knowledge in concrete mix design and durability requirements
Experience in Rebar inspection and BBS checking
Knowledge in Underground pipeline bedding and compaction
Good understanding of PTW (Permit to Work) system
Strong QA/QC and HSE knowledge
Sound technical knowledge and site management skills
Proficiency in relevant engineering software’s
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors
Problem-solving and decision-making ability
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Professional attitude with commitment to safety and quality
Good reporting and documentation skills
Desired Candidate Profile
- B. Tech (civil) or BE (Civil)
- Minimum 4 years of experience (Home country experience can also be considered)
- Collaborate with engineers, foremen, workers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of work.
- Remain calm under pressure and maintain a constructive attitude in difficult site conditions.
- Be accountable for site progress, safety, and quality.
- Be flexible to changing plans, weather conditions, and urgent project needs.
