Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team.
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness and standards are consistently met.
  • Train and support housekeeping staff in delivering exceptional service.
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure proper usage of cleaning materials and supplies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years to 6+ years of housekeeping supervisory in cleaning or Facilities management company
  • Valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
