Senior Cloud & Virtualization Architect VaporVM

We are looking for a Senior Cloud & Virtualization Architect with strong expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), multi cloud platforms, enterprise virtualization, and network security. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting highly available, secure, and scalable cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions.

Location: KSA

This position requires hands on technical leadership, deep architectural experience, and the ability to design and support complex enterprise cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) including vSAN, NSX T, AVI Load Balancer, and VMware Aria Suite
• Implement compute, storage, and network virtualization solutions
• Architect and support Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Alibaba Cloud, including VMware based cloud solutions
• Design and manage hybrid and multi cloud connectivity
• Implement Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions using VMware Site Recovery Manager (SRM)
• Optimize RPO/RTO and support business continuity planning
• Implement and manage network security including firewalls, segmentation, VPNs, and zero trust models
• Provide technical leadership, documentation, and operational support

Certifications (Required / Preferred)

• VMware Certified Implementation Expert (VCIX Design & Deploy)
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP)
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Certified Foundation Associate
• SonicWall Network Security Administrator

Technical Skills

• VMware: VCF, NSX T, vSAN, AVI, VMware Aria (Log/Network Insight)
• Cloud: Oracle Cloud (OCI, OCVS), Alibaba Cloud (ACVS)
• DR: VMware SRM, workload replication, DR testing
• Security: Palo Alto & SonicWall firewalls, VPNs, zero trust
