Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
JASARA PMC is looking for a dedicated Senior Commercial Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the commercial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee procurement processes and negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and conduct risk assessments.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams on commercial matters.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on project performance and financial metrics.
- Lead contract negotiations and resolve any disputes that arise.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- At least 18 years of experience in commercial management, preferably in construction or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial negotiation strategies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
