Roles & Responsibilities
You will work collaboratively across departments while representing JASARA PMC's commitment to excellence and innovation in program management.
- Proven ability to handle end-to-end contract administration and negotiation.
- Strong experience in procurement, budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Familiarity with risk management processes and mitigation strategies in large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
- Proficient with commercial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience managing commercial aspects of mixed-use development projects.
