Roles & Responsibilities
ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you detail-oriented and passionate about regulatory standards? As a Senior Compliance Executive,
you'll play a key role in ensuring our company adheres to legal and internal policies. Your responsibilities
will include monitoring compliance procedures, assisting with audits, and supporting the implementation

Desired Candidate Profile
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure company-wide adherence to DMCC regulations, UAE Federal Laws, AML/CFT guidelines,
and international compliance standards relevant to commodity trading.
• Assist in regulatory reporting and liaison with DMCC and other UAE authorities as required.
• Assist in maintaining up-to-date compliance records, registers, and documentation for regulatory
inspections.
• Perform KYC checks in line with the Company's policies and procedures.
• Regularly check current and potential clients against available compliance platform and sanctions lists (UN, US, UK, EU, and UAE) to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.
• Lead and support the drafting, enhancement, and implementation of internal policies, SOPs, and
governance frameworks.
• Conduct ongoing monitoring of transactions in accordance with the company’s policies and
coordinate with counterparties and potential clients on compliance matters.
• Actively contributes to the effective implementation of the company's Compliance framework.
Undertake Ad hoc tasks as directed by the Compliance/Finance Manager.
• Support business units in managing compliance requirements across trading, operations, finance,
and risk functions.
• Collaborate cross-functional to ensure smooth implementation of new compliance practices and
regulatory updates.
• Vetting contracts / agreements according to global guidelines.
• Report regularly to the Compliance Officer and Compliance/Finance Manager
on compliance activities and issues.
QUALIFICATION SKILLS:
• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, Finance, or related field; a Legal/Compliance certification is
an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in Compliance, Legal Advisory, or Regulatory Affairs, preferably within
commodity trading, DMCC, or crypto/financial services.
• Strong understanding of UAE regulatory frameworks (DMCC/AML/CFT/DIFC).
• Proven experience in drafting policies, reviewing contracts, and supporting governance initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage projects, and collaborate across departments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex regulatory concepts for internal
stakeholders.
