Purpose of the Role
Ensuring compliance within KR and its Group Companies
Educational Qualification
Minimum qualification Bachelor in law
Experience in Years
with overall 3-6 years of compliance, legal experiences in reputed law firms or commercial companies expertise in various verticals of legal matters, and practice in compliance is mandatory
Areas of Expertise
Commercial Law, companies law, labor law, criminal law, and other related laws concern to business inside the country and internationally
Preferred Experience
- Hands on experience in the compliance areas of commercial, labour and criminal.
- compliance activities and establishing systems and process for business conducts within the parameters of laws of the land.
Other Skills
Proficiency in compliance
Efficiency in Legal writing and reading (English and Arabic)
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Accountabilities
Rrepresenting Company in all the concerned government department and providing effective results in favor of the Company in terms of cost and time perspective,
Providing legal/compliance timely opinion to the company,
Assist the HOD in legal matters/compliance, research, prepare notes and newsletters, and draft various memos to civil and criminal, commercial, labour and such other matters connected to the Company.
Advices /opinions/regulations and compliance /extract the Royal Decree’s/regulations to the Company.
Follow up with the external law firm/attorney’s /KR retainers and coordinate work connected to the Company's affairs.
Coordination/attending meetings with KR Clients/Customers related to case discussion, negotiation, and such similar work for the Company.
Update the HOD from time to time on matters related to compliance.
Any other work assigned to the employee by the management
