A global law firm with network of offices worldwide seeks to appoint an ambitious Corporate Senior Associate to join its hugely successful Riyadh office.
This award winning corporate practice focuses on a number of areas including private equity, venture capital, IPO's, financings, structured finance and investments.
Candidates will have 6+ years post qualification experience dealing with highly complex corporate matters. Candidates will have a strong academic record along with experience gained in at a leading US or UK law firm.
