Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and labor law matters.
- Support General Assembly and Board of Directors governance, documentation, and compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and commercial contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Law, Labor Law, and regulatory requirements.
- Support corporate filings, licenses, and regulatory submissions.
- Identify legal risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Liaise with external counsel and regulatory bodies when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in Law; a Masters degree or legal certification is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in corporate legal roles or law firms with corporate focus.
- Strong exposure to Companies Law, Labor Law, and corporate governance practices.
- Excellent legal drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Ability to work on-site in Heliopolis, Cairo, in a professional corporate environment.
