Job Purpose:
Drive the cost and planning activities of capital project, encompassing all engineering disciplines from the
inception through to the completion, and contractors by developing comprehensive cost estimation and
implementation schedules, establishing internal planning, scheduling cost control processes and reporting
and developing OPEX/CAPEX budget to effectively manage the costs and project schedule.

Minimum Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree in any Engineering Discipline
• Certificate in Project Management
Minimum Experience:
• 5-7 Years of relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience in Project estimating , Planning & Cost Control in Petrochemical Industry.
