Roles & Responsibilities
You'll Work On
Paid ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube (volume production)
Social content across all platforms for multiple brands
Video ads: testimonials, VSLs, product demos, brand videos
AI-generated content at scale: spokesperson videos, b-roll, voiceovers
Design assets: banners, landing pages, email graphics

We're hiring a real creative designer, video editor, ad producer who has fully integrated cutting-edge AI tools into their workflow. Not someone who tried Midjourney once. Someone producing insane content at high volume using the latest AI stack.
You chain 3 5 AI tools in a single production and know which one delivers what.

Desired Candidate Profile
Strong Creative Foundation (non-negotiable)
- Graphic design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma ad creatives, social posts, banners
- Video editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro
- Multiple formats: Reels, TikTok, Shorts, YouTube, VSLs, ad creatives
- Understanding of what makes an ad convert not just look pretty

AI Creative Power User (expert level, daily)
AI video generation:
- Seedance 2.0 (ByteDance) current leader, native audio-video, multi-shot, 1080p cinematic
- Veo 3.1 (Google) cinematic + native audio
- Kling 3.0 / O1 best human motion & facial expressions
- Runway Gen-4.5 top camera control
- Hailuo 2.3, Luma, Pika, Higgsfield, Wan 2.6
AI image: Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana 2, Ideogram
AI voice & avatars: ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, AKOOL, Hedra, OmniHuman
AI editing: CapCut AI, Dreamina, Descript, Google Flow
