Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Experience Requirements:
- Strong experience in Customer Success and Delivery for enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Proven ability to manage large global accounts and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Familiarity with Trade Finance operations and ICC publications preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of translating complex challenges into actionable solutions.

- Proven relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders and operational teams across multiple geographies.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills, able to work independently while driving collaboration across cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery responsibilities.

Experience Requirements:
- 8+ years in Customer Success, Delivery, or Program Management roles.
- 5+ years managing strategic global accounts in financial technology or trade finance.
- Background in SaaS, Fin-tech, or enterprise product companies.
- Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist) are highly desirable.
- Certifications in trade finance (CDCS, CSDG) or AML (CAMS) are a plus.
