Roles & Responsibilities

Experience Requirements:

  • Strong experience in Customer Success and Delivery for enterprise SaaS solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage large global accounts and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Familiarity with Trade Finance operations and ICC publications preferred.

  • Background in SaaS, Fin-tech, or enterprise product companies.
  • Agile certifications (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist) are highly desirable.
  • Certifications in trade finance (CDCS, CSDG) or AML (CAMS) are a plus.
