Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As the core offensive security and defense validation expert, you will lead security assessments from a real attacker’s perspective. You will be responsible for discovering, prioritizing, and driving the remediation of critical security risks, directly contributing to the protection of the company’s core assets and business operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct continuous security assessments and offensive security testing across

blockchain systems, Go-based backend services, and iOS / Android

applications.

  • Lead red team exercises and attack simulations, including network-layer,

application-layer, business logic, and on-chain/off-chain interaction attack

paths.

  • Identify real, high-impact security issues and provide practical remediation

recommendations; validate the effectiveness of implemented security controls.

  • Participate in security reviews for core systems and critical features prior to

release, identifying potential attack surfaces at the architectural level.

  • Lead security incident investigations, including attack tracing, impact analysis,

incident response, and post-incident reporting.

  • Reconstruct attack chains and contribute to long-term improvements in

defensive security capabilities.

  • Collaborate closely with backend,

mobile, and blockchain engineering teams to strengthen overall security

awareness and engineering best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong foundation in offensive security, with in-depth knowledge of network

protocols, operating systems, common vulnerability classes, and attack

techniques.

  • Proven hands-on experience in web or backend security, business logic

attacks, or real-world red team engagements.

  • Ability to independently perform end-to-end attack chain analysis, from

reconnaissance to exploitation.

  • Deep understanding of common web vulnerabilities (e.g., authentication

bypass, privilege escalation, logic flaws), with a focus on root causes rather

than reliance on automated tools.

  • Practical experience with Go backend architectures or mobile security (iOS /

Android), with deep expertise in at least one area.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of clearly explaining complex security

risks and attack paths to engineering and technical teams.

Nice to Have / Bonus Points

  • Experience in blockchain or Web3 security, including node security,

transaction workflows, private key management, and on-chain/off-chain

interaction risks.

  • Hands-on experience in mobile reverse engineering, protocol analysis, and

client-side protection bypass.

  • Participation in red/blue team exercises, vulnerability research, real-world

incident response, or contributions to the security community.

  • Development skills in Go, Python, or scripting languages, with the ability to

create PoCs or automate security testing tools.
