Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with Data Scientists, Analysts, and Software Engineers to ensure reliable, high-quality, and well-structured data across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable data pipelines (batch and streaming).
  • Build and maintain data warehouses and data lakes.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance optimization.
  • Develop ETL/ELT processes using modern data engineering tools.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to support data needs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows and production issues.
  • Improve data architecture, governance, and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced strong>Senior Data Engineer I/strong> to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and data platforms that support analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence./p>

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in strong>Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field/strong>.
  • strong>5+ years/strong> of experience in data engineering or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in strong>SQL and Python/Scala/Java/strong>.
  • Experience with data processing frameworks such as strong>Apache Spark, Kafka, or Flink/strong>.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (strong>AWS, Azure, or GCP/strong>).
  • Experience with data warehousing tools such as strong>Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or Databricks/strong>.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and distributed systems.
