As a Senior Design Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the aesthetic and functional aspects of our architectural projects. You will be responsible for leading the design team, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring the delivery of innovative and sustainable architectural solutions. Your creative vision will drive the planning, design development, and delivery of complex projects across various sectors. You will also act as a mentor to junior architects and contribute to the growth and success of our architectural practice. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the design process from concept to completion for all projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with industry regulations and standards.
• Spearhead the development of sustainable and environmentally-friendly architectural solutions.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and interns.
• Oversee the creation of detailed technical drawings and design documents.
• Conduct regular design reviews to maintain design integrity and quality standards.
• Participate in client meetings to present designs and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and construction techniques.
• Identify and resolve design issues during the course of the project development.

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture or a related field is essential.
• A minimum of eight years of architectural design experience is required.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale architectural projects effectively.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is necessary.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to interface with clients and teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is essential.
