Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead real estate developments from inception to concept stage with a strong investment and commercial focus • Prepare and manage development briefs, area programs, spatial requirements, and schedules of accommodation • Support feasibility studies, Highest and Best Use (HBU) analysis, and development appraisals • Prepare high-level cost plans and development budgets at early project stages • Manage master planning, concept design, and schematic design stages • Review consultant deliverables to ensure alignment with approved briefs, budgets, and market positioning • Coordinate and manage approvals with Abu Dhabi authorities, including DMT and other relevant entities • Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi planning regulations, building codes, and sustainability requirements • Monitor project budgets, cash flow, timelines, risks, and ROI • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders • Prepare progress reports, financial summaries, and management updates

Desired Candidate Profile

Education • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Economics, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field • Master’s degree is an advantage Experience • 8–12 years’ experience in UAE real estate development with strong Abu Dhabi exposure Knowledge & Skills • Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi planning and authority approval processes (DMT, EAD, ITC) • Experience in feasibility modelling, development appraisals, and concept-stage cost planning • Sound knowledge of master planning, design management, and authority coordination • Strong commercial, financial, and investment acumen • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic • Strong organizational, reporting, and presentation skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
