Overview:

The Senior Director - Core Asset Marketing at Qiddiya Investment Company plays a critical role in shaping and executing marketing strategies for our diverse asset portfolio. This position entails overseeing marketing plans that align with Qiddiya's vision of becoming a premier entertainment destination. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in strategic marketing and brand management, with a focus on driving customer engagement and maximizing value across all core assets.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Qiddiya's core assets to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing approaches and drive sales performance.

- Oversee the development of promotional materials, digital content, and public relations efforts that support marketing initiatives.

- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact and return on investment.

- Foster partnerships with various stakeholders, including government entities, tourism boards, and other relevant organizations, to enhance marketing reach.

- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance against established KPIs, making adjustments as necessary to achieve objectives.

- Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

- Collaborate closely with other departments such as Sales, Public Relations, and Operations to ensure cohesive execution of the marketing strategy.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

- Proven track record of at least 10 years in marketing roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position.

- Extensive experience in brand management, digital marketing, and consumer engagement.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Experience in the entertainment or tourism industry is a plus.
