Title: Senior Director, Human ResourcesLocation: Abu DhabiReporting to: CSSOSubordinates: 13-14 (some of which have a dotted line)
Well-established Abu Dhabi based business within the Insurance space, is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead the HR function and play a pivotal role in driving people strategy across the organization.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced HR professional who combines strong generalist expertise with proven capabilities in employee retention, talent acquisition, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction across all areas of HR, aligning people initiatives with business goals.
- Develop and implement policies and programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals while building sustainable talent pipelines.
- Drive talent development initiatives including succession planning, leadership programs, and capability building.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and industry standards.
- Partner with the executive leadership team to shape organizational culture and support long-term growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
